Delivery & Returns


We deliver to the recipient’s physical address (specified in the delivery address area), throughout South Africa within 5 working days

It is mandatory to leave a daytime telephone number for us to contact you during delivery hours.

Should we not have enough stock of a specific item to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email upon placing your order.

Orders will only be sent out once payment has been received and amount reflects in our bank account.(|This could take up to 2 days depending on the bank payment is made from)

You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your parcel has been sent.

Should you wish to receive your order sooner we are able to arrange this but please note this will be done at a higher shipping cost. Please contact us in this regard.

In the unlikely event of the incorrect product being delivered or the product being damaged, broken or faulty, you need to notify us of the damaged/ broken/faulty product within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. Please email  with a photo image of the damage, if possible. Make sure to keep all original packaging. We will send our couriers to collect item at no additional cost to you. We will also ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you.
